We have launched a new initiative aimed at those of you who would like to see opportunities with some pre-completed due diligence.

We have teamed up with respected London law firm, Nabarro, for this proposal. The aim is to offer fund-seekers the opportunity to provide investors with pre-packed due diligence and lower legal fees on completion.

You will start to see the DD Pack stamp appearing against some of the opportunities in the Stop Press and business summaries that we send to you. For those of you who do not have the time or inclination to carry out legal due diligence from scratch, the opportunities identified by this stamp may fulfill these criteria and provide some extra comfort.

The majority of the opportunities that we send to you will follow the current process already used for due diligence and completion. We will continue to send you the best unquoted investment opportunities we can find. Our filter process is both highly organised and discerning; only an approximate 3% of the businesses we examine make it into your inbox.  We are proud to boast the highest completion rate in this marketplace, therefore we are confident our process is working and that we are presenting interesting opportunities to you.

However, if you are still not receiving the types of opportunities you are searching for please do get in touch – we are always happy to hear from you and continually looking to improve our service.

13th May London Investment Fair:
Believed to be the largest of its kind in Europe, our Fair attracts up to two hundred private investors with a typical third of exhibiting companies successfully raising capital from the day. 30 places are available for Businesses seeking funding, which will fill up quickly. For those who wish to attend the day as an Investor, registration is free and a good chance to catch up with fellow investors and my colleagues.
