Robert

Robert spent 35 years in the City of London as a Corporate Stockbroker, mainly at Hoare Govett, where he specialised in raising equity capital from Institutions for small companies both on the Main and the AIM markets.

He joined Beer & Partners in 2006 and lives on the border between Dorset and Wiltshire. As well as helping to fund small growth companies, he set up the Beer Entrepreneurs’ “Dinners” which take place at The Groucho Club in London’s Soho, to provide a regular platform for Business Angels to meet Beer Clients seeking investment.

Robert is particularly keen on introducing Business Angels to businesses that are ready to make their Quantum Leap.
