Arthur, Investment Director in the Beer London Office, has over 30 years experience working in the City and abroad in commercial and large corporate banking. Was Relationship Director and Head of Global Large Corporates in the food, drink, tobacco, major retailers, utilities and Government sectors of Lloyds TSB.

Has extensive experience of all areas of corporate business from money transmission to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, investor funding, business angel funding, trade and off-balance sheet finance, invoice discounting, strategy and corporate structures etc. all of which are very important to small and growing businesses. He is also a director of his own consulting business specialising in matters financial, strategy, loan negotiations, debt raising and restructuring.

He has recently had dealings with companies in the media, internet, music, property, software, sports, telecoms, medical, consultancy, drinks, PubCos and educational sectors. Speaks fluent French and Spanish, is a member of the Institute of Directors, a freeman of the City of London and Liveryman of the Cordwainers & the Gunmakers.
