The first event of the year in our “Meet the Experts” series is taking place on Wednesday 9th February in London, and focuses on Shareholders’ Rights.

Following the success of our Meet the Expert Series in 2010 and the positive feedback we received from attendees, Bristows return as our experts to begin the 2011 series with a seminar on this important topic.

Shareholders have a range of useful rights and mechanisms for extracting greater value and benefit from their stake in a company. Often these rights are underutilised and knowledge of them is key. The first seminar in this year’s series aims to demystify the topic and provide some practical pointers as to what to watch out for and when.
